WOD
Workout of the day
WODs combine strength, gymnastic and weightlifting movements. They aim to develop various athletic skills, including cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, agility, speed, balance and precision. No matter what your fitness level, you can participate, as these workouts aim to reproduce everyday movements, with added intensity.

WEIGHTLIFTING
Deadlift, back squat, push press... weightlifting movements are part of functional training, and it's important to execute them well in order to increase strength and complete them with ease. This one-hour course focuses on the technical points of the various weightlifting movements to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.
