INTERVALS

Looking for a high intensity workout with little to no equipment? HIIT is made up of bodyweight intervals and minimal equipment (boxes, rubber bands, jump ropes), sometimes taking place outdoors and sometimes indoors, depending on the temperature. No matter your fitness level, you'll come out smiling and energized!

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WODs combines strength, gymnastics and weightlifting movements. It targets the development of different athletic skills, including cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, agility, speed, balance and accuracy. What makes it a sport that stands out from others is the fact that, regardless of your level of fitness, you can practice it, since it aims to reproduce everyday movements, adding intensity.

FAMILY WOD

We all know that from an early age, children seek to imitate us. So why not instill your passion for sports in them now? We invite you to practice CrossFit as a family, parents and children together. Each session focuses on a different aspect of the sport and the exercises presented allow everyone to learn about the principles of CrossFit.

WEIGHTLIFTING

This class will help you improve your weightlifting techniques. These movements, which are frequently used in WODs, work on your muscular strength and mobility. So it's very important to perform them correctly!

MOMFIT

Being a new mom brings its own set of challenges and getting back in shape is one of them. MomFit classes are specially programmed by a mom kinesiologist, with the aim of improving the health and general physical condition of new moms.

A mixture of cardiovascular and muscular exercises, combined with flexibility and breathing exercises are on the menu. Whether you had a natural birth or a cesarean, the exercises will be adapted to the particularities of your body. MomFit lets you move with or without baby, your way (and your way!).

MACHINES

Would you like to improve your technique on the rowing machine or on the Echo bike? Do you want to have better times in WODs including these machines?

This 45-minute class teaches you the basics and gives you the tips to perform better, while saving your energy and doing a cardio workout. The best of both worlds!

The abdominal and back muscles are the foundation of all training movements; a strong core is a guarantee of stability, good posture and strength!

This 30-minute class that takes place just before the WOD on Saturday will wake up your abs and engage your core stabilizer muscles so you can perform better in training. Your "core" will be on alert, ready to push the machine hard!
